Check In Procedures

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM each day (You are asked to check in at the office upon arrival).
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM on the final day of your reservation.

The policy asks that you honor the check-out time promptly and clean up all trash and belongings on your site before leaving. Rent is payable in advance. No refund for early departure.

To arrange an early check-in or late check-out, you should call the office directly.

Payment & Cancellation

We accept all major credit cards, debit or cash, no checks.

Deposit Policy

  • In-Person Deposit: One-night rate taken when the reservation is booked.
  • Holiday Deposit: Entire reservation amount must be paid when the reservation is booked.
  • Online Payment: Full payment is required when booking online.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $40 service charge if you cancel EIGHT (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel less than SEVEN (7) days before your arrival date, one night will be forfeited. If you have a monthly stay you will forfeit $200.
  • No Shows: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policies.
  • Extensions: Must be approved by the office before the day of departure. Extra fees apply.
  • Special Events: All special event bookings are non-refundable. A deposit is required to secure the site for any booking made during special event timeframes.
  • Cabin/Monthly: Cabin and monthly reservations require a $200 non-refundable deposit.

Rules & Regulations

We’ve established the following general campground guidelines to help ensure your safety and your enjoyment while in our park and the same to our other guests. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

  • Speed Limit: 5 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are playing!
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbor.
  • Site Occupancy: Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite. One unit per site, additional equipment/tent additional charge. Please do not park or drive on grass.
  • Children: Guests are responsible for all behavior of children. All children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Parents, you should know your children’s whereabouts.
  • Pets: Pets are permitted on a leash (8′ max) and are not to be left unattended. Clean up after your pet. Violators will be charged a clean up fee. Please keep out of buildings, playground & pool. Management reserves the right to limit size and quantity of dogs. Off leash dog park available. No excessive barking allowed. Barking and aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. Pet fences on gravel only.
  • Campfires: Campfires in fire rings only. Do not leave unattended. No trash, wood only. Please extinguish before retiring. Firewood available at office. Cutting or breaking of trees or shrubs is prohibited.
  • Swimming Pool: No lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers allowed in pool area. The pool is for registered guests only. No diving, swimsuits only. No pets allowed in pool area.
  • Vehicle Repairs & Washing: Vehicles and RV repairs are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services. NO washing of RV/vehicles allowed.
  • Wastewater & Sewer: Ground disposal of any drain water (gray or black) is prohibited by State Law. Wastewater from RVs must be disposed of into sewer drains. Do not put grease down the sewer. Sewer connections are required by state law and must have a tight seal by a sewer donut or a screw-type connector. Airtight sewer and sewer ladder are required. Violators will be charged a clean up fee of $200.
  • Trash Disposal: Please deposit trash and cigarette butts in dumpster in tied garbage bags. NO appliances, beds, toys, wood, concrete, metal allowed in dumpsters. Areas designated on map. Do not leave on site.
  • Laundry: Laundry cannot be hung out for drying. Laundry facility is provided for this purpose. No hand laundry or dishes done in bathrooms.
  • RV Requirements: All units must be 15 years old or newer and are subject to camp host approval. No homemade campers will be allowed.
  • Site Additions: Please check at the office before installing screen rooms or awning rooms. Patio mats and dog fences are allowed on gravel areas ONLY.
  • Wi-Fi: Crows Nest Wi-Fi is for guests only. No illegal or inappropriate activity, bandwidth hogging or disruption of service allowed. Violations will result in termination of Wi-Fi access.
  • Prohibited Items: Running generators, firearms or fireworks are not permitted.
VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES could result in ejection from the park without a refund. Please, do not walk through occupied sites. This is private property. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted – NO REFUND.

Damages & Fees

Any damage found to RV/tent sites, the following charges will apply:

  • Fire ring - $75
  • Picnic table - $300
  • Water-Electric-Sewer pedestals - $500
  • Wi-fi extenders - $500

Any damage found or missing items in cabins, charges up to $500 will apply.

What to Bring

At Crow’s Nest, we are dedicated to providing the amenities you need for a fun and relaxing stay at our resort. To enhance your stay, we recommend that you bring the following:

  • Outdoor chairs such as camping chairs
  • Kitchen utensils for outdoor food preparation
  • Towels and washcloths for the bath house
  • Toiletry items
  • Flashlights and/or headlamps

Additional Disclaimers

Rates are subject to change without notice.

The Guest assumes all risks and danger incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoor environment including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by insects or other animals. Resort and its owners, agents and employees are not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such causes.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund. Park staff is not allowed to work on RVs belonging to guests. Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to whims of Mother Nature!

By proceeding to reserve, the guest/party agrees to abide by all campground rules.
