Check-in begins at 2:00 PM each day, and you are asked to check in at the office upon arrival. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the final day of your reservation. Rent is payable in advance, and there are no refunds for early departures.
Cancellations for campsites must be made 8 or more days prior to your arrival date to receive your deposit back minus a $40 service charge. Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival will forfeit one night's stay. Cabin reservations have a $200 cancellation fee, and Monthly Stays have a $200 fee for cancellations within 7 days. Special event bookings are non-refundable.
Yes, pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash (8-foot maximum) and cannot be left unattended. You must pick up after your pets immediately. Pets are not allowed in buildings, on the playground, or in the pool area. Barking and aggressive dogs will not be tolerated. An off-leash dog park is available for your convenience!
Campfires are allowed but must be kept within the provided fire rings. Do not leave fires unattended, and please extinguish them completely before retiring for the night. Burn wood only—no trash. Firewood is available for purchase at the office. Cutting trees or shrubs is strictly prohibited.
Yes, all units must be 15 years old or newer and are subject to camp host approval. Homemade campers are not permitted. Only one RV is allowed per campsite. Washing or repairing your RV on-site is strictly prohibited.
The pool is for registered guests only. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Glass containers, pets, and diving are not allowed in the pool area. Swimsuits are required.
To enhance your stay, we recommend bringing outdoor/camping chairs, kitchen utensils for outdoor food preparation, towels and washcloths for the bathhouse, toiletry items, and flashlights or headlamps.
Yes, Crows Nest Wi-Fi is available for our guests. Please be mindful of bandwidth hogging or any disruption of service to assure a positive Wi-Fi experience for all campers. Illegal or inappropriate activity will result in the termination of your Wi-Fi access.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays, we have flexible hours; our camp hosts or staff will be making rounds throughout the day, but there is no designated time that someone will be stationed in the office.
